The H9 seats 25 to 39 passengers, the H11 seats 34 to 49 and the H13 carries up to 55. Layouts include 2+1 full leather and 2+2 configurations, with the 39-seater offering one of the largest luggage compartments in its class.
Lead time from order to delivery is typically four to five months. International shipping constraints can occasionally extend this to six or seven months. Structural and mechanical customisation is completed at the factory before the coach leaves China.
Sales and import compliance are handled at our Auckland base, where imported coaches arrive first for inspection. Ongoing servicing and maintenance support is based in Christchurch, with factory engineers visiting periodically during the warranty period.
Electric coach variants can be supplied on request. For most private operators, diesel remains more practical on cost-recovery grounds, so electric models are not actively promoted but are available when specifically required.
Factory warranty cover is two years or 200,000 km, whichever comes first. Servicing must be carried out through approved workshops for warranty cover to apply. Shorter terms may be available at a lower purchase price if discussed at order stage.
