Earl Li leads L&W Equipment Group, bringing more than 20 years of transport industry experience to the company. His career has been built around understanding what fleet operators face on the road, day after day.
That practical perspective shapes how the team selects and specifies vehicles, supports operators after delivery and continues to build relationships throughout the life of each bus.
Earl leads a team focused on doing the small things properly: responding quickly, sourcing the right parts and standing behind every bus that leaves the yard.
Built from real fleet experience
L&W moved into bus distribution through hands-on transport industry experience and a desire to bring operators buses that deliver value, safety and reliability.
Since selling the first bus in 2024, more than 80 units have been delivered across New Zealand. The first bus sold has now travelled over 160,000 km with no major issues, requiring only routine maintenance and small-part replacements.
